Crystal Bowls & Hot Rocks

1 1/2hr Restorative Yoga and Crystal Bowls sound healing

Service Description

Join Melanie for an hour and a half of hot rocks and sound healing with the crystal bowls. A relaxing journey opening your energy system and all your chakras. Hot Rocks will be gently placed on each chakra as Terri plays the same chakra crystal bowl. Each chakra will be warmed and the vibration of the singing bowls will pernitrate into them individually one by one . Leaving you feeling warm, relaxed and calm!!!

I love yoga with Melanie.  She is a great instructor and brings a positive energy to the class.  Her classes are a great mix of postures, stretches, breathing and relaxation.  Melanie always completes her session with a short inspirational meditation leaving me rejuvenated and ready for the day ahead.
